"We probably need a new website."
Sometimes they do.
But most of the time, the website isn’t the real issue.
Today, anyone can build a website.
Templates exist. Platforms are easier than ever. Design and development are more accessible than they’ve ever been.
The problem usually isn’t the website itself.
It’s the thinking behind it.

- Who exactly are they trying to attract?
- What experience should a potential customer have when they land there?
Without those answers, the website becomes what most websites become:
A collection of pages.
