FAQs

Common questions about how we work. Got one we didn't cover? Get in touch.

We don't, entirely, so we build the smallest version that works, run it, and expand what earns it. An MVP automation running on Monday teaches more than a perfect one specified for a quarter.

No. We build MVP-first: a viable, correct, high-performing site launched fast, then improved against real traffic. A site that's 80% right and live is worth more than a site that's 100% right in five months. The last 20% is usually wrong anyway, because it was guessed before anyone saw real behavior.

We don't do B2C. We're not a high-volume production shop or a discount web builder. We don't run paid media campaigns or manage social media accounts. We work with B2B brands that are serious about building something that lasts.

No templates on your strategy. Every plan, build, and piece of content is tailored to who you actually are.

We're a Webflow Premium Partner with real technical depth, and Webflow is where most of our builds live. But we're a sales and marketing agency that engineers its own work. The platform is a choice we make per project, not the identity.

Four principles. Center-First Strategy, Fluid Execution: never compromise on the core, but pivot on real data. Radical Clarity, Zero Jargon: if your grandmother couldn't understand your headline, rewrite it. Progress Over Perfection, Take Action: launch, learn, improve, repeat. In practice that means we build MVP-first. We ship the viable version, put it in front of real people, and let their behavior decide what gets built next. Eliminate Chaos, Scale Systems: a business that's chaotic at ten clients won't survive at a hundred.

Real people, named, with direct contact. Blair Hoover is our CTO and owns technical architecture and integrations. You'll know who's on your project and how to reach them. That's not a service level, it's how a small senior team works.

Adam Lejeunekopp. Adam has spent his career at the intersection of strategy, creative, and technology, and built Madak on the belief that sales and marketing should operate as one system rather than two departments that email each other.

A Digital Impact™ agency for B2B brands, headquartered on Camano Island, WA. Building since 2016, with 250+ campaigns launched across sports commissions, enterprise technology, industrial trades, and national nonprofits.

No. A beautiful site with no strategy behind it is an expensive liability. Digital Impact™ means the presence is accurate, integrated with how you operate, built to convert, and contributing to revenue in a way you can see. Design is one pillar of six.

The definitive, most current version of your brand, the thing everything else points back to. For most B2B businesses that's the website, which is why it carries so much weight. When your sales team, your marketing, and your site are all in sync, the friction disappears.

A self-serve version: a short questionnaire that surfaces the most common signs of fragmentation before you ever speak to us.

A collaborative scoring session. We go pillar by pillar, ask diagnostic questions, and score your current state together. The output is a ranked map of where to focus first.

Below 30, your digital presence is actively working against you. 30–47 means meaningful gaps worth a plan. 48–60 is strong, and the work there is protecting and compounding it.

Across six pillars: Brand Reputation, Website Experience, Content Marketing, Client Acquisition, Internal Systems, and Company Revenue. Each is scored 1–10, for a total out of 60.

The measurable difference a unified digital system makes to how a B2B business operates, reducing friction, accelerating decisions, and compounding value over time. It's the shift from having a digital presence to running one that drives growth.

Take the Digital Impact™ Assessment. It scores your presence across the six pillars in about ten minutes, and it means we spend the call deciding what to do about your score instead of establishing it.

Yes.

If there's a fit, you get a recommendation built on what we actually heard, often starting with a Digital Impact™ Audit. No generic proposals.

Our team directly. Adam Lejeunekopp, Madak's founder and CEO, is usually in early conversations.

No. Having your website URL handy helps, and a general sense of what isn't working. We'll guide the rest.

Thirty minutes.

We ask what you're trying to grow, where things are stalling, and what you've already tried. Then we tell you what we think. It's a conversation, not a pitch.

If your sales and marketing are pulling in different directions, if your digital presence describes a company you no longer are, or if you can't say what your last marketing investment actually bought you, we're a strong fit. Book an intro call and we'll tell you honestly whether we can help.

Yes. We're based on Camano Island with a strong Seattle footprint, and we work with B2B brands nationally.

Digital Impact™, meaning outcomes tied to the business: lead quality, conversion rate, CRM data accuracy, sales cycle length, and revenue attribution. Traffic and clicks are diagnostics, not results.

Full builds, platform migrations, performance work, integrated AI workflows, sales collateral systems, and ongoing content programs for brands across international sport, enterprise software, health technology, nonprofits, industrial companies, and regional service providers. The full list is at madak.com/work.

We handle distribution end to end: publishing, CRM segmentation, and reporting. The measure is whether the right person saw it at the right moment, not whether it went up.

Case studies, brand narrative, campaign assets, and blog content, written and designed to prove value without sounding like marketing, and formatted for the channels your buyers actually use.

Because the rest stops working. A great site gets you to the starting line; content is what keeps it credible and current, answers the questions your buyers are actually asking, and compounds authority over time. It's the system that makes everything else sustainable.

Campaign strategy and roadmap, case study and brand content production, and CRM and website management for end-to-end distribution. Content is what keeps your presence current, your brand visible, and your pipeline warm after the build.

Yes. We can start from scratch or work within what you already have.

Always. The deck, the leave-behind, and the website tell the same story in the same voice. Inconsistency between what a prospect reads and what a rep says is a trust cost you pay without seeing the invoice.

A prioritized plan for which collateral to build first, based on where your deals are actually stalling. Rather than building everything, we find the highest-leverage assets and sequence them.

Structure. A great deck moves a prospect from interest to decision along a logic they can follow. A good-looking deck with no argument in it is a brochure.

The material your sales team carries into every conversation: pitch decks, one-pagers, capability sheets, case studies, and brand assets. Your sales team is only as strong as what they bring into the room.

Heavily, and deliberately. Claude runs much of our internal workflow: drafting on-brand content, maintaining our own Source of Truth documentation, and letting a small senior team deliver at a scale that would otherwise take a much larger one. We run an internal AI SOP that governs what's allowed with client data.

No, and we'll tell you when the answer is a spreadsheet. AI is worth using where it removes real friction or extends real reach. Where it doesn't, it's a liability with a monthly fee.

An assessment of whether your brand is accurately represented when buyers use ChatGPT, Perplexity, or AI search, and what it would take to fix it. It maps to the Madak Framework, so it slots into the same roadmap as everything else.

No. We map what you already have, find the silos, and recommend integrations that fit. We work across HubSpot, Zapier, Clay, and others.

Lead routing, CRM data sync, AI-assisted publishing, reporting, internal notifications, bulk content operations, and migrations. The target is always the same: remove the manual step that's creating the data chaos.

We connect, automate, and amplify. That means integrating your website with your CRM and sales tools, building workflows that replace manual work, and making sure your brand surfaces accurately when buyers research you through AI.

It depends on scope, and we'll give you a real number after the audit rather than a range that means nothing. Ongoing engagements start at $3,500/month; the full framework runs at $7,000/month. See the pricing section for what's in each.

Every page is a conversion asset: clear pathways, deliberate calls to action, and testing after launch. Traffic you don't convert is a cost, not a metric.

Answer Engine Optimization. Buyers increasingly research vendors through AI tools rather than a list of blue links, and those tools will describe your company whether or not you've made it easy for them to get it right. We optimize for both traditional search and AI answers.

Yes. Migrations are a core service. We move you without losing SEO equity or breaking what's already working.

A future-proof design system for Webflow that uses variable-driven logic to handle responsive breakpoints automatically. Your site holds up at every screen size without manual adjustment, and it scales as the brand grows.

Because it's usually where the biggest gap is. For most B2B brands the website is the one asset every channel points at and the one nobody has updated to match what the company has become. That makes it the highest-leverage fix. But it's a finding from your audit, not a policy. If your website is fine and your problem is that sales has nothing to hand a prospect, we'd start with Collateral.

Three things: Custom Design & Development, Platform Migrations, and SEO/AEO/CRO. Most builds run on Webflow using the Lumos framework, which is responsive, scalable, and engineered to convert from day one.

A consultant hands you a recommendation and leaves. We hand you the same recommendation and then build it, with the people who wrote it still in the room. The plan and the execution don't get separated, so nothing is lost in translation and nobody gets to blame the other side.

Yes. The plan is yours. We'd rather write a plan you execute elsewhere than build something we can't defend. It happens, and it's fine.

A senior strategist embedded in your business, running the working cadence, holding the plan, briefing the build team, and making the call when priorities shift. You're buying a person who stays, not a document you receive.

Positioning, ideal customer profile, messaging, and the sequenced roadmap of which capabilities we activate and in what order. It answers two questions in writing: what are we doing, and why this before that.

A collaborative scoring session across the six pillars: Brand Reputation, Website Experience, Content Marketing, Client Acquisition, Internal Systems, and Company Revenue. Each is scored 1–10, for a total out of 60. Below 30 your digital presence is a liability. 30–47 means meaningful gaps. 48–60 is strong. You leave with a number you can argue with and a ranked list of what to fix first.

Because it's the part that takes the most senior people and creates the most value, and pretending it's free means it gets done badly. Every agency claims strategy is included. What that usually means is a kickoff call and a slide. We're charging for it because we're actually doing it.

It's the service that decides everything else. We diagnose where your business actually is, build the go-to-market plan, and sequence the work. Then a dedicated strategist stays in the room to run it. It's what we do before we build, and what keeps the build pointed at something.

Webflow is our default, and we're a Webflow Premium Partner with deep platform expertise, including the Lumos framework. It's the right answer for most B2B brands because it gives you pixel-perfect design with a CMS your team can actually run. But we're engineers, not a single-platform shop. When a build needs a custom CMS, custom front-end work, or an integration Webflow won't carry, we build it.

International governing bodies, enterprise cybersecurity, health technology, national nonprofits, venture capital, industrial trades, and regional service providers. If you're B2B and serious about your digital presence, we can help.

A defined window of focused execution with one specific deliverable at the end, typically two to four weeks. It's how we keep momentum without letting scope drift. You get something real, on a date, and we decide the next Sprint together.

A diagnosis first: six pillars, scored, with a ranked list of what's costing you most. Then a go-to-market plan and a roadmap. Then execution in Sprints, usually two to four weeks per deliverable, with a strategist running the cadence throughout. You know what's shipping and when before anyone starts building.

They share a center: your business, and the plan we build for it. The website becomes your Source of Truth. AI Systems connect it to how you actually operate. Collateral carries the same story into the room. Content keeps it current and compounding. When all five run off one plan, your brand operates as a system instead of a pile of parts.

Every engagement includes Growth Strategy, because it's how we find out what you need. From there you activate what the plan calls for. Some clients run all four execution services. Some run one. What we won't do is build something expensive before we can say why it's the right thing to build.

Five: Growth Strategy, Websites, AI Systems, Collateral, and Content. Growth Strategy comes first, because it decides what the other four are for.

Book an intro call. Thirty minutes, no deck. We'll ask what you're trying to grow, tell you where we think the friction is, and be straight with you about whether we're the right fit.

Since 2016, with 250+ campaigns launched across enterprise cybersecurity, health technology, international governing bodies, industrial trades, and national nonprofits.

Three things. We think before we build, so every engagement starts with a plan you could hand to someone else. We're human-first with real engineering behind it: you know who's on your project and how to reach them, and the people building it are the people who scoped it. And we run all five services ourselves, so nothing gets lost in the handoff between the strategist, the developer, and the writer.

B2B brands, primarily professional services, SaaS, industrial, sports, and specialized service sectors. The common thread isn't industry. It's a business with real revenue whose digital presence has drifted out of sync with what the company has become.

Fix the core before activating the spokes. The core is your business: what you sell, to whom, and how a deal actually closes. The spokes are the channels and assets. Most agencies sell spokes: a campaign here, a redesign there, none of it tied to a decision anyone made on purpose. We won't quote a build until we can tell you what it's for.

Digital Fragmentation is what happens when your website, your sales team, and your marketing are all saying different things. It creates confusion for buyers, friction for your team, and a digital presence that works against you instead of for you. It is the single most common reason B2B marketing underperforms, and it's almost never solved by building one more thing.

With a plan. Every engagement opens with a diagnosis of where your digital presence is helping and where it's costing you, scored across six pillars. That produces a go-to-market plan and a prioritized roadmap. Only then do we decide what gets built. Sometimes the answer is a website. Often it isn't, or it isn't first.

Madak is a Digital Impact™ agency for B2B brands. We start by figuring out what your business is actually trying to do and where your sales and marketing are losing money. Then we build the systems that fix it: strategy, websites, AI workflows, sales collateral, and content, all under one roof and pointed at the same goal.
